Matt Grebil
Director of Operations

Originally from Ukiah, a small town in Northern California, Matt came to San Diego in 2004 to attend the University of San Diego. After completing his Business Administration degree, Matt found himself beginning his career in wellness as the manager of a local sports and medical massage facility. After leaving that position, Matt knew that he wanted to continue working in the world of health and wellness. That's when he met the wonderful team at Tri Wellness. Knowing that it was an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many people, Matt immediately joined the team as their Director of Operations.

Today, Matt works behind the scenes to ensure that every client receives the same excellent care, commitment, and expert services from the health team at Tri Wellness. Outside of work, Matt enjoys working out, relaxing on the beach, golfing, cooking, being with friends, and discovering new hobbies.
