But you can help employees make better choices.

Instead of chocolate, choose fruit. The high fiber and water content fills you up with fewer calories, and you still get that sweet fix. Try apple and orange slices, or a handful of grapes.
Instead of chips, choose vegetables. You may be looking for that salty crunch, so opt for celery sticks, baby carrots, or cucumber slices for a more satisfying crunch.
Instead of clam chowder, choose minestrone soup. Broth-based soup will help fill you up on fewer calories. Think tortilla soup, Chinese won-ton, or any low-sodium broth or canned soup. Beware of creamy soups, which can be high in fat and calories.
