Workplace Wellness Programs Available to ReSource Commercial Flooring Network Members

Carlsbad, CA (April 27, 2011) – In the commercial flooring industry, a company’s greatest asset is their employees.  It has long been industry standard for commercial flooring companies to take care of their greatest asset by offering healthcare benefits and providing workplace safety training to ensure the health and well-being of their staff.  But as the costs of these benefits continue to rise, the cost of caring for employees makes it increasingly difficult for flooring companies to grow and thrive.

To help answer this call from the commercial flooring industry, the ReSource Commercial Flooring Network recently announced Tri Wellness as an approved service provider for its members.  Tri Wellness provides customized workplace wellness programs that help employers to care for their employees while reducing health-related costs.
