The various components of the platform are:

Health Risk Assessments- are used to evaluate the current health status of employees’ future disease risk, and changes in the population’s health status year-over-year. Our HIPAA compliant HRA is scalable, data-driven, and an NCQA Certified analytic tool. Highlights include: Spanish or English; paper or online; biometric screening data integration; User and Aggregate reports.

Unlimited Wellness Coaching- Participants are assigned a dedicated coach and can fully interact on the wellness portal (securely review Health Risk Assessment, schedule appointments, and review progress notes). Employers benefit by receiving a coach-directed program along with reporting on participation and engagement.

Challenges- Individual and or team-based lifestyle behavior modification initiatives that promote engagement in healthy behaviors such as Exercise and Activity, Weight Loss, or Nutrition.  Customized challenges can be created based on the needs/desires of the employer.

Events Tracker- Participation tracking for onsite wellness events or employer-sponsored wellness events such as wellness seminars, flu shots, Biometric Lab Screening, and 5k Races.

Action Plans- Self or Coach-directed behavior modification programs on health topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress, diabetes, financial wellness, heart disease and more. Employers receive participation reporting.

Health Library- A comprehensive and interactive self-care tool that includes: symptom checker, wellness articles, videos, and programs on topics such as weight management, smoking cessation, fitness planning, and much more. Health Risk Assessment reports have quick links to the library to assist users in finding targeted health resources.

Analytics Tool- A business-intelligence and decision-making tool to evaluate effectiveness of program components, program participation, health risks, medical claims, workers compensation, and short of long-term disability data.

Reporting- Robust and real–time capturing participation data, HRA user and aggregate reports, incentive tracking reports, wellness coaching reporting, and more.

Incentive Tracking- Flexible to accommodate budget and specific needs or activities. Incentive points can be assigned to any activity such as: HRAs, Wellness Coaching, Action Plans, and Challenges. Rewards fulfillment can be done using low-cost strategies or pre-funded using the Gift Card fulfillment option.
