How do I schedule a flu vaccine clinic at my company?
Once you choose a date for your clinic, we will need approximately 3 weeks advance notice to schedule your clinic and solicit sign-ups from your employees.
How will my employees sign-up for their flu shot?
We can provide an online scheduling system that will be available up to 7 days prior to your scheduled clinic date. You can also use another method of your choosing for scheduling but we will need a copy of that schedule 7 days prior to your scheduled clinic date.
How much do flu shots cost?
Each dose costs $25 and includes the vaccine, nursing services, materials, and promotional materials. There is a 40 dose minimum per flu vaccine clinic.
