Pilates is for those who desire a strong yet flexible body. It is for anyone who wants to move, work, and play without pain. The exercises are adapted to meet the needs of the individual regardless of age, fitness level, or health condition. It is safe and effective method for correcting muscular and skeletal imbalances and for preventing injuries. Pilates conditioning has been proven to be popular with dancers and athletes as well as everyday people. We all have the need for muscle toning, stretching, and relaxation. Pilate’s work focuses on the core abdominal strength, so whatever activity you undertake, your skeleton is supported and your spine is protected.

What is Tai Chi?
Tai chi is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that descends from qigong, an ancient Chinese discipline that has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. It involves a series of slow, meditative body movements that were originally designed for self-defense and to promote inner peace and calm. Movements use internal energy and movement too subtle for most people to observe, reflected in the notion that "four ounces can deflect a thousand pounds." At a high level of skill, a defender can use a small amount of energy to neutralize the far greater external force of an attacker. Like the stress of our everyday!
What is cardio kickboxing?
Cardio Kickboxing is a mixture of dance and various martial arts forms. You will find yourself kicking, punching, blocking and moving like a martial artist without a facing an opponent. Usually done to dance music, your workout will be focused on increasing you cardiovascular system while toning and shaping your muscles from the high intensity of punching, kicking, striking, and blocking.
