Identifying health risks and threats is crucial to the success of any Workplace Health Program. For those organizations interested in actually preventing the onset of diseases versus just looking for alternative ways of paying for them, a health risk assessment clearly highlights risk targets, drawing a road map for prevention strategies. This is the goal behind the Tri Wellness Health Risk Assessment (HRA). Our approach goes beyond simple assessment and provides companies with an effective tool for key risk identification, wellness program creation, and the tracking of results over time.
The Tri Wellness HRA system is the most comprehensive, cost-effective system available today. We combine our online behavioral/lifestyle survey with on-site or mail-in Biometric Lab Screenings to analyze the health of an individual from all angles. The online behavioral/lifestyle survey looks at the major lifestyle risk factors found to have the most significant impact on health. Upon completion a customized individual report is generated which also reports the Biometric Lab Screening results. Tri Wellness then recommends a 30 to 45-minute wellness coaching session to be scheduled to help answer any questions the participant may have about their report and results. Comprehensive reports are generated for management containing all of the information and tools needed to identify key population risks. These reports in turn will help your organization to establish priorities and trends that need attention. Many of the behaviors that increase the risk of disease such as smoking, inactivity, and poor eating habits, can have a more immediate impact on health, absenteeism, and productivity compared to more frequent but less serious illnesses such as colds, flu or injuries. The goal for lifestyle change is to reduce the total number of risks displayed through our HRA system. All collected assessment data is safe, secure, private, and HIPAA compliant. All users are notified of the privacy and confidentiality policy and participants are never identified without their prior consent. |
