Assessment Plan
The Account Manager will help your company to:
  • Use the Employee Health Interest Survey to engage employees and make them feel a sense of ownership of the wellness program
  • Complete the Organizational Needs Assessment
  • Create a Strategic Roadmap using the information from the Organizational Needs Assessment
  • Deliver Health Risk Assessments / Health Screenings to collect vital data that will drive a “results-based” program
  • Outline variables for ROI Calculations

Marketing/Communications Plan:
The Account Manager will help deliver:
  • Welcome Packets to inform employees of the wellness program
  • Launch Webinar to kick-off the wellness program
  • Branded Marketing Materials to promote your workplace wellness initiatives 
  • Informational and Educational Materials to run more effective challenges and health campaigns
  • Automatic Push Messages that keep participants on track with the program
  • Wellness Newsletter Articles that you can send to employees monthly

Implementation Plan:
The Account Manager will work with your organization to:
  • Form a Wellness Committee of employee representatives
  • Create an Incentive Strategy that will lead to high participation and engagement
  • Set-up Wellness Connect web portal (choose components, add logo, customize text, add custom content)
  • Choose key dates for wellness initiatives (Health Risk Assessments, Health Screenings, Challenges, Events)

Evaluation Plan:
The Account Manager will assist with program evaluation by providing:
  • Formulate ROI Projections for your company’s wellness program
  • Health Risk Assessment Reports (Individual, Executive, and Aggregate)
  • Participation Reports and Outcomes Tracking for Action Plans, Challenges, and Wellness Coaching
  • Incentive Rewards Reports
  • Overall program summary at Quarterly Review Meetings
