  • Medical history comprising conditions, treatments, allergies, immunizations, screenings, and office visits.
  • Biometric results can be batch loaded directly from source data, if available.
  • Provider, pharmacy, hospital, insurance, and emergency contact information.
  • Printer-friendly health record reports, in a variety of formats, including PDF, to allow portability and data sharing.
  • Ability to assign care giver access.
