Action Plans
  • A series of specialized, personal lifestyle behavior change programs that may be self-selected by the participant or assigned by a health coach.
  • Some of the Action Plan topics include: Healthy Eating, Exercise and Activity, Stress Management, Heart Disease Prevention, and Diabetes Prevention.

Challenges
  • Individual challenges that focus employees on specific goals such as Exercise and Activity, Weight Loss, or Nutrition.  Customized challenges can be created based on the needs/desires of the employee population.
  • Team Challenges will be added in the coming months at no additional charge.

Events
  • Tracks employee participation in events hosted by your company or Tri Wellness such as Workshops/Seminars, Biometric Lab Screening, Group Fitness Classes, or any other wellness program event.
